Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order with ACE HOUSE, you are purchasing an item that is not yet ready for immediate dispatch. Full payment will be taken at checkout.

Items included in our current pre-order are expected to be available for dispatch by 15 September 2026. Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please email info@ace-house.co.uk and include your full name and order number.

If we are unable to dispatch your order by the stated date, we will notify you using the contact details provided with your order. You may choose to accept the revised dispatch date or cancel your order for a full refund.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-order. However, after receiving your order, your statutory cancellation and return rights still apply. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

ACE HOUSE does not currently offer subscriptions or “try before you buy” purchases.
