OUR ONLINE STORE

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing checkout.

You must not use our website or products for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, or transmit harmful code.

PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, designs and measurements accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Please review the product description and size guide before ordering.

Product availability may be limited, and we cannot guarantee that an item will remain available until your order has been completed.

PRICES

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product information are accurate. If we discover a significant error after you place an order, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. Please check the details carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable
• Payment has not been authorised
• The information provided appears incorrect or fraudulent
• There has been a pricing or product-description error
• We are unable to deliver to the address supplied

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order is an order for an item that is not ready for immediate dispatch. Full payment is taken at checkout unless stated otherwise.

The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout. Delivery estimates begin from the date the item is dispatched, not the date the pre-order was placed.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund before it has been dispatched by contacting info@ace-house.co.uk.

If a pre-order is delayed, we will notify you. You may accept the revised dispatch date or cancel the order for a full refund.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment information is processed securely by Shopify and the relevant payment provider. ACE HOUSE does not directly store complete payment-card details.

Your order will not be processed if your payment is declined or cannot be authorised.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, availability and end dates.

Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or used after they expire.

Some promotions may not be combined with other discounts. If a promotion is applied automatically, the discount will appear during checkout when the eligibility requirements are met.

Our free UK delivery promotion applies only during its advertised promotional period and to eligible UK orders.

DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, costs and estimated times are shown during checkout.

UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pre-order delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply before it is sent again.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive them.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Eligible online orders may generally be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable.

These conditions do not limit your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including the ACE HOUSE name, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, product artwork, text and branding, belongs to ACE HOUSE or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.

We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.

We will not use customer photographs for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

The version applying to your purchase will be the version available when your order was placed.
